Are you interested in a leadership role in a new ubc affiliated club? Fantastic news, AMS Women's Health Club is hiring.
We are looking for a team of passionate, dedicated individuals who want to join the AMS Women's Health Club team. Below are the positions avaliable.
Treasurer
The treasurer is responsible for overseeing the club's budget and finances. They are responsible for collecting membership fees, approving spendings, and handling reimbursements. The treasurer is also expected to maintain a running list of the club's expenditures.
Expected Time Commitment: 2-3 hrs / week
Vice President Internal
VP Internal is also responsible for overseeing member interactions and assisting with any executive tasks. They will also be the one managing the club's email and taking minutes during executive meetings.
Expected Time Commitment: 2-3 hrs / week
Vice President External
The Vice President Exeternal is responsible for maintaing communications with other AMS clubs and/or community organizations. They serve as the point of contact for potential collaborations.
Expected Time Commitment: 2-3 hrs / week
Vice President of Marketing
The Vice President of Marketing is responsible for overseeing the Marketing Committee and all of the club's social media platforms. They are expected to design and come up with post ideas to populate our social media pages.
Expected Time Commitment: 2-3 hrs / week
Vice President of Events
The Vice President of Events is responsible for overseeing the Events Committee. They are the primary lead for planning and executing club events.
Expected Time Commitment: 2-3 hrs / week
